Creating Greatness

Now Leadership Academy.

Following the summit, we invite participants to enroll in the Creating Greatness Now Leadership Academy—a nine-week in-depth program designed to further develop their skills and knowledge. This comprehensive academy will offer advanced workshops, mentorship opportunities, and real-world projects. Graduates will receive a certificate of completion, recognizing their commitment to leadership and community engagement.

Refer A Girl

African American girls are the fastest growing segment of the juvenile justice system. The Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention shows that while males still dominate the justice system, the caseload for girls has grown significantly. African American girls make up two-thirds of the female juvenile justice population. The average girl in the system is between 15 to 16 years old, lives in an urban environment with one parent and is a girl of color. Little conversation speaks to the school-to-prison pipeline while focusing on African American girls. African American girls endure the double oppression of Race and Gender with these twin forces driving justice decisions.
